Dentists and teeth

Well there I was eating dinner with some of my teeth, I say some of my teeth because they've been trying to escape and sadly they've been quite successful. I want to go the dentist but can't afford it they're so expensive even the NHS ones. Actually I can't find and NHS dentist to take me on they're are rare as hens teeth - what are hens teeth? Do hens actually have hens teeth and if they do what do they look like? If they have teeth does that mean if they were to be bitten by a vampire they'd become a vampire hen? I've just realised I wrote hems teeth rather than hens teeth just imagine if you hems in your clothes have teeth if the clothes got hungry would your jumper eat you? Shut up and stop being stupid hens teeth hens teeth bugger I'm not writing about hens teeth I'm writing about my teeth! Anyway. Had my dinner and at the end of the meal i realised that half of a tooth had escaped and taken a route along with my meal. Maybe my food was calcium deficient and decided that it would attack me and take half the tooth! So now I have what feels like a small wall on one side of my gums. Hmmmm dentists or food? Dentists or food what shall I do starve or go to the dentist sadly at the moment I'll have to live with the wall like tooth and buy food. As I take morphine I know it masks a lot of the pain from the tooth so the pain killer will hide some more pain in my body. I was asked the other day how long I'd been taking painkillers for and was shocked when I worked out that I'd been taking painkillers for nearly thirty years, my god that's more than half my life.
Actually over the last few days the other half of my tooth has started to become slightly wobbly so when it comes out and I manage to find it and put it under the pillow will the tooth faery take the tooth and leave me a couple of pounds or even five pounds? Or maybe the tooth faery will thump me because I've my looked after my teeth properly what a silly and strange imagination I live with. A well ill wait and see what happens and tell you later. However one thing I won't be doing is some self dentistry I was reading an article and found out that nearly 20% of older people have done self dentistry and from reading the article some people even take out their own tooth well all I can say is ouchhhhhhhhhhh
